Angela is a qualified advanced hypnotherapist who specialises in helping people break free from:-

Angela works compassionate, no-judgement approach is grounded in personal experience, she truly understands the emotional and behavioural patterns that keep people stuck. Angela empowers her clients to reclaim their confidence, reset their habits, and create a healthier, more fulfilling life, using powerful hypnotherapy techniques with coaching tools, lived experience, and practical strategies for sustainable change.
Angela is a certified trauma responsive coach, mindfulness practitioner and mental health first aider. She has trained in coaching and training with One of Many, a ICF accredited organisation. She is registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and can be found on the Hypnotherapy Directory.

A Proven Approach
My 1:1 package is flexible and tailored to you. We can work together over 4, 6, or 8 sessions, ideally within 1–3 months. Sessions last around an hour and combine advanced hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and intuitive coaching. We go to the root of what’s holding you back. We gently release it. And we start rebuilding, on your terms.
This isn’t surface-level stuff. This is deep work. And I won’t pretend it’s always easy, but I will make sure you never feel alone in it. I’m kind, but I’m also honest. I’ll hold space for your healing, and I’ll hold you accountable to your own growth. There will be homework. And we’ll go at your pace.
You’ll also have direct access to me between sessions, via WhatsApp, email, or whatever works for you. I’ll be there when you need me. That’s why I only take on a limited number of clients at a time. You get my full presence.
